1.准备材料,金针菇,培根

2.锅中放水,烧开后,把金针菇焯水

3.焯水的时候准备料汁:取一个碗,里面倒入黑椒汁,蚝油,酱油,鸡汁,香油,白糖,水调匀,自己尝下咸淡。准备好水淀粉

4.金针菇焯好后,用培根分别卷起来

5.锅中放点油,把培根卷放入煎熟,放的时候卷起来口那面朝下面

6.煎好后装盘待用
